We all have our own favourite tools and tricks that we rely on when it comes to dressing up our hair but its good to branch out sometimes and try new instruments that could improve your styling time and ease. Its also important to remember that Hair Extensions aren’t suited to all hair tools as they can effect the seams or attachments. We have listed and explained below our must have Hair extensions styling staples that we just couldn’t live without, these tools also feature in most of the styling tutorials you will find in this blog. 

Hair Curlers  

Hair Curlers come in all shapes and sizes, depending on the curl size you want and on your hair length/thickness will determine the size of wand you need. For very short hair a smaller sized Barrell would be better as you might struggle to get the hair neatly wrapped round a large tong. For long hair a thin barrel will give you tight curls, if you are looking for a looser wavy style then choose a large or wide barrel shape. Whether your using permanent hair extensions or Clip-ins this is a extremely important step that should not be skipped! Brushes that have bobbles on the ends like paddle brushes can catch the bonds or seams of the extensions and pull them out which can in turn cause tension on your own hair that can be uncomfortable.
