- All International Express orders are dispatched the same day if order is placed before 12:00 pm on a working day. Please note our international couriers do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
- Any order made on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
- It is highly recommended that your delivery address is the same as your billing address. Your order will be subjected to a fraud risk assessment and the order could be withheld or delivered to your billing address if the risk of fraud is anticipated as high.
- Please provide correct email address (for your order confirmation) or your mobile number for any communication if necessary. All our couriers send regular shipping updates which are sent to your email address or mobile number.
- All items are shipped from our warehouse in the United Kingdom. We are not responsible for any charges, duties or taxes levied by your local customs or tax authorities. Customers in the EU who choose Express Tracked, duties paid on delivery may have to pay local VAT and duties.
- If an item is returned due to non-payment of duties/customs charges on an Express Tracked, duties paid on delivery order, a fixed £25 return charge will be deducted from the order value.
