Please note that returns for curly extensions will only be accepted if the silver or gold hygiene bands are still intact on the product. If the bands are removed and the product has been opened, we will not be able to authorise the return. Toning or dying our hair extensions, even with our own products, voids the return policy. Therefore, please carefully follow all instructions provided to ensure correct use of products.
